COADAP was established in 2014 under the name of “Erfan Social Association”, at the community level, have conducted so many social activities such as, organizing literacy training classes for women and men, building small libraries in the community, conducting awareness sessions for youth in order to encourage them to study, and integrating in social activities to build community cohesion. COADAP is registered with the government of Afghanistan as an NGO in 23rd of April 2022.
